Bread has become my quiet ritual – a rhythm woven into my weeks, rising with the light of Shabbat. Every loaf begins the same way: with simple ingredients, my hands, a bit of patience and love. I don’t use mixers or machines – just the steady motion of kneading that just feels therapeutic.
Below are some of the breads I have made over the years. Each one a small story of practice, love and tradition. A tradition I started during Covid. Most of the breads you will find on this page are Challah, golden and braided, made to be shared.
At the moment, I am baking and selling only within New York State. For offerings and pricing, please visit the pricing page.
